Hi, I’m Jada LaBounty, a therapist in Madison who supports individuals living with the impact of trauma and PTSD. I understand how exhausting it can be to carry painful memories, constant anxiety, or the weight of shame and self-blame, and how discouraging it feels when no amount of ‘just moving on’ seems to help. I know what it’s like when trauma takes over your life—shaping your thoughts, relationships, and even how safe you feel in your own body. That’s why I do this work.

I’ve walked this path myself and am passionate about supporting individuals as they rediscover their strength and possibilities. I know how challenging it can be to step away from limiting beliefs and begin trusting yourself. You deserve to move forward feeling safe, strong, and fully aligned with the person you were always meant to be.
