Find Safety After the Storm
You’ve been living with the impact of trauma for too long, but healing is possible. You don’t have to keep carrying the fear, shame, or exhaustion alone. It’s time to feel safe in your body, trust yourself again, and step into a life filled with calm, connection, and confidence.
Meet Your Trauma Therapist in Madison, WI
You’re doing your best to hold it together, but inside, it feels like too much. You want to feel safe in your body again, trust yourself, and finally rest without the constant tension.
If you’ve experienced trauma, you may carry invisible wounds that impact your relationships, work, and daily life.
I’m Jada, a Licensed Professional Counselor In Training (LPC-IT) specializing in supporting survivors of sexual assault, domestic violence and trafficking across Wisconsin. I help people gently reconnect with their bodies, stories, and sense of safety using EMDR and trauma-informed therapy.
My own healing journey brought me here. I know the power of sitting with someone who truly listens without rushing or expecting you to be “fine.” I believe healing happens in spaces of patience, presence, and permission to show up as you are.
You don’t need to have it all figured out to start. Whether you’re facing anxiety, relationship struggles, or lingering trauma, I’ll walk alongside you with care, patience, and proven tools.
Signs Trauma May Be Impacting Your Life
Trauma shows up in ways that are hard to put into words. You may notice that you:
✽ You feel like you’re watching your life happen from a slight distance, like you’re not fully “in it”
✽ You’re always scanning the room, even when nothing is wrong
✽ You replay conversations in your head, wondering what you did wrong
✽ You struggle to fully relax, even when things are “fine”
✽ You shut down or go quiet when emotions feel too big
✽ You go through the day on autopilot, but don’t really feel like you’re in your life
These experiences don’t mean you’re broken. They’re your mind and body’s way of coping with pain.
You don’t need to share your whole story to start healing. Therapy with me is collaborative, compassionate, and paced to your comfort.

⟡ Tailored therapy pace – Your treatment plan is based on your goals and needs, not insurance restrictions.
⟡ Expanded treatment options – You can access specialized approaches, such as EMDR, trauma-informed therapy, or couples work, without compromise.
⟡ Continuity of care – You choose a therapist you trust, which helps build a consistent, safe, and strong therapeutic relationship.Tip: Many insurance plans offer partial reimbursement for out-of-network care.
