  • Progress varies for everyone, depending on your goals and the patterns you’re working to change. Many clients begin to notice shifts in self-perception, confidence, and decision-making within a few sessions, while deeper, lasting growth develops over time.

  • My fee is $150 per 50-minute session. I am an out-of-network provider, which means I do not bill insurance directly. However, I can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement if your plan includes out-of-network benefits. Sliding-scale options may also be available.
